Infinity pools are manufactured of superior fiberglass composite
construction and are actually bulletproof.
These fiberglass
swimming pools, made very similar to a boat, are constructed
of 1/16-inch fiberglass on one side of a one-inch balsa wood
core with 1/8-inch fiberglass on the other side creating
a fiberglass pool "sandwich."
All fiberglass pool sections have a finished surface made of gelcoat backed by
a vinylester resin that creates an interior barrier against moisture absorption.
All interior walking areas in the water are molded with a non-slip surface to
allow for safe movement while in the Infinity.
The smooth gelcoat surface minimizes
algae growth and can be cleaned and waxed to look like new. Enjoy the durability
of a fiberglass swimming pool with no worries of tearing or replacing a vinyl
liner!
