When installing your hot tub, our primary concerns are your safety, your property, your hot tub, and our service personnel. We've issued the following guidelines to help you prepare for installation of your new hot tub. Preparing for delivery.
justRelaxing provides a Hot Tub Specification Chart that lists your model and its dimensions as it is prepared on the delivery cart. Consider the following when planning for delivery and installation of your hot tub:
Check the width of gates, doors, and sidewalks to make sure your hot tub will pass through unobstructed.
When delivery requires a 90-degree turn, check the measurements at the turn to ensure the hot tub will fit.
Look for protruding gas meters, water meters or A/C units on your home that can cause obstructions along the delivery path to your yard. In addition, look for low roof eaves, overhanging branches, or rain gutters that could obstruct overhead clearance.
If there are more than six (6) consecutive stairs without a landing along the delivery route, please consult with justRelaxing to make adequate preparations.
In rare circumstances, the use of a crane for delivery and installation is necessary.
