| Delivery Rates |
Shipping costs are included in the published
price unless otherwise stated. Goods are normally sent
within 2-3 working days following receipt of order and
confirmed payment. Customer services will contact you
if the item(s) ordered are out of stock and inform you
about any delay there may be prior to taking payment
from the card.
Goods are normally sent by national carrier or Royal
Mail. Please ensure you check your goods thoroughly
for any damaged or missing item/s, as most couriers
require informing within 24 hours from receipt of goods
should there be any problems. Please contact AV-Sales
immediately detailing the damage or missing item(s).
Signed proof of delivery is required for all orders,
please arrange someone to be present to accept the goods
on the day of delivery. You will be carded if you are
not able to receive the goods allowing you to re-arrange
an alternative time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Goods can only be delivered to the registered
cardholders billing address. This is done for security
reasons and to eliminate online credit card fraud.
